It is obvious that there could appear troubles during the release and distribution of the publishments even in today’s technical conditions. Many of the journals could not have the opportunity to be distributed even in countries where they are published, for those, it is more compelling to be distributed internationally. As for in the field of Turcology there are many journals in various countries published, however, it is hard and expensive for those journals to reach the other Turcologist abroad.
This is the reason why we had the idea to found an e-journal.
Our vision is “close at the click of a mouse and cheap at the click of a mouse cor the scholars around the world”.
All our issues, from the first to the latest, are accessible online in .pdf format for free. So the first and the most important mission is to devolop an opportunity for the scholars in the field of Turcology to access all the issues easy and for free, also to build a comminication framework among those in the field.
The editorial principle, also another mission of ours, is to enable the scholars around the world to publish the articles sponte sua and unexpurgated.

The journal aims to be a ground where the scholars could release their articles, announce their ideas, and publish their projects on the fields they are active in both by applying “guest editorial system” and with the editorial princibles.
